Welcome to Diamond Proposal Manager

This software enables you to submit proposals for beamtime at Diamond Light Source.

If you have not previously submitted a proposal please register by following these steps:

  • Click Register New User from the left hand menu
  • Fill in the required information on the registration screen
  • Once you have registered you should receive an email from useroffice@diamond.ac.uk
  • The email will provide a link to activate your account. This validates your email address

If you have previously used the software then please use the Login facility to access your proposals. If you have a federal id then you should use this in preference to your Online Proposal account.

Proposals

  • Applications for Rapid Access proposals are now made using a template. To access the templates, log in to Diamond Proposal Manager and refer to the Home link for further instructions on submission.
  • Please refer to the guidelines for further information.

    Please note that this software will not be available between 17:00 to 18:00 each day. Users should not log in during this time since work will not be saved
